2014: Ran a time of 20:09:08 and placed 2nd at the UCO Land Run (9/6)...Ran a time of 25:22.70 and placed 2nd at the Oklahoma State Jamboree (9/27)... Lone Star Conference Runner of the Week  (10/1)... Ran a time of 23:57.70 and placed 8th at the Fort Hays State Tiger Open (10/18)... Ran a time of 24:52.5 and placed first at the Lone Star Conference Championship (11/8)... Finished in ninth place with a time of 32:26 at the NCAA South Central Regional Race (11/22)... Finished 11th at the NCAA National Championships with a time of 30:56.2 and also earned himself All-American honors (12/6)..LSC Runner of the Year.

2013: Ran a time of 20:08.88 and placed 4th at the UCO Land Run...Lone Star Conference Runner of the Week (9/12)... Placed 4th with a time of 24:51 at the Southern Stampede...Lone Star Conference Runner of the Week (9/26)...ran a time of 25:16 to claim 1st place at the Cowboy Jamboree...Lone Star Conference Runner of the Week (10/3)...finished in 46th with a time of 25:44 at the Chile Pepper Festival (10/5)...claimed 3rd place with a time of 25:47 at the Lone Star Conference Championships (10/26).

2012: Ran unattached at the MSU Stampede and placed 7th with a time of 17:39.45 ... Ran unattached at the Texas Tech Open and finished 11th with a time of 26:22.88... Ran unattached at the Cowboy Jamboree and placed 38th with a time of 26:09.

Previous School: Attended Sir Sanford Fleming College from 2009-2011... All Ontario 1st team twice... Ontario College Champ... Canadian College Champion in 2010.

High School: Graduated from Lakefield District Secondary School... 7 time conference medalist... 7 time district champ... 7 time district record holder... 8 time national qualifier in track and cross country... 4 time All Ontario cross country team.
