COMMERCE, Texas -- After opening with a 2-0 lead, the Cameron volleyball team would fall to Texas A&M-Commerce in five sets in Commerce on Saturday night.
The Aggies got out to an early lead against the Lions in the first set, and never let go of that lead. CU stringed together some little runs to help build a bigger lead and forced Commerce to call a timeout. Cameron made them pay by going on a 4-0 run that put them up 20-13. The two teams then trade points back-and-forth, and CU eventually won the set 25-16.

"It's disappointing obviously when you're up two sets and then drop the last three."
In the final set, CU got off to a slow start and they found themselves trailing by six. They were able to get a couple of quick points off of Lions' errors,
but Commerce went on a 5-1 run to take the set and the match 15-7.
