Grand Junction, Colo.  – The #12 ranked Cameron Aggie women’s tennis team had no trouble beating Colorado Mesa, 8-1 on Sunday afternoon in Grand Junction.  
Cameron got a clean 6-0 sweep in singles and won two of the three doubles matches for their seventh win of the season.  
In singles, the Aggie netters dominated winning all their matches in two sets, and not letting CMU win more than three games.  The lone exception is in four singles where Florencia Tornero battled in the second set but won in the tiebreaker (6-2, 7-6, (7-5)).  
Amanda Moberg in the one singles slot won 6-0, 6-1, Julia Puckhaber in the two singles won 6-0, 6-2, Elvira Sholles won 6-1, 6-0 in three singles.  While Antonia Moberg earned a 6-2, 6-2 victory in five singles, and Laura Winter had no trouble in six singles winning 6-2, 6-3.
In doubles, Cameron got wins in one and three doubles with the pairing of Amanda Moberg and Puckhaber sweeping 8-0 in one singles, and Antonia Moberg / Winter in three singles won a tough 8-6 match.   Sholles / Tornero fell in the two singles slot, 8-6.
Cameron will play one more match in Colorado on March 11 at CSU-Pueblo.
