LAWTON  -- Cameron fought back and rallied to get past St. Mary's to win 5-4 on a blustery Friday afternoon. 

The match which was slated to start at 10 a.m. was delayed for over four hours due to high winds reaching over 50 mph in Lawton.  Cameron who was one day removed from a 6-3 loss to St. Edward's at home had to come from behind in singles after dropping two points to the Rattlers, their lone win came in the two slot with Felipe Oyarzun / Mateo Velasco coming up with a 9-7 victory.

In singles play the Aggies would split the top four slots and needed a wins in the bottom two for a match win.  Mateo Velasco wouldn't have an issue in the five-spot with a 6-2, 6-0 and Iustin Baciu won in the six-slot 7-6, 6-3 to push the match CU's way. 

Thursday's meeting was an in-region matchup with CU at number-2 and STMU at number-5.  Cameron will climb to 11-7 overall while St. Mary's will go to 5-8. 

The Aggies will turn around and hit the road on Saturday to face Newman at 1:30 p.m.
