LAWTON, OK - The Cameron University men's tennis standouts
Lukas Janousek and
Noe Milliard have been named 2026 Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division II All-Americans, adding another national achievement to the continued growth and development of the Aggie men's tennis program.
Janousek earned ITA All-American honors in singles, while Janousek and Milliard were recognized as one of the top doubles teams in NCAA Division II.
ITA Division II All-American honors are awarded to student-athletes who finish the season in the top 20 of the ITA singles rankings or to doubles teams that finish in the top 10 of the final ITA doubles rankings.
For Cameron, the recognition represents more than individual success. It highlights the development of two players who have grown into national-level competitors while taking on key roles at the top of the Aggie lineup.
Janousek capped his season as one of the top singles players in Division II. He was ranked No. 7 nationally late in the spring and carried a 20-4 overall record in the ITA rankings, while finishing dual-match play 13-4 at No. 1 singles for the Aggies. He was also 7-1 in conference play, providing Cameron with a consistent presence against opponents' top players throughout the season.
His year included the ITA South Central Regional singles championship in the fall, which earned him an automatic bid to the ITA Cup, the ITA's fall national championship event. Janousek continued to show his development throughout the spring, including a 6-4, 6-1 win over No. 14 Germano Setti of Midwestern State in Cameron's 4-3 rivalry victory.
In doubles, Janousek and Milliard formed Cameron's top pairing and developed into one of the strongest teams in the country. The duo was ranked No. 6 nationally late in the spring and held a 13-6 overall record in the ITA rankings. In dual-match play, they went 10-5 at No. 1 doubles, including a 5-2 mark in conference matches.
Their progress as a team was evident from the fall, when they advanced to the semifinals of the ITA South Central Regional and earned an at-large bid to the ITA Cup. At the ITA Cup in Rome, Georgia, Janousek and Milliard added a national-stage victory to their résumé, defeating Agustin Mastri and Luca Bergonzi of Catawba College, 7-6 (7-3), 6-2.
The All-American recognition continues a strong run of player development for Cameron men's tennis. The Aggies produced nationally ranked players in both singles and doubles while competing against some of the top programs in Division II, and Janousek and Milliard's honors reflect the program's ability to identify, recruit and develop players capable of contributing immediately and growing into national contenders.
"This is a special honor for Lukas, Noe and our program," head coach Josh Cobble said. "Both players have put in a tremendous amount of work since arriving at Cameron, and their development has been clear in the way they compete, prepare and handle big moments. To see them earn All-American honors says a lot about their commitment and also about the direction of our program."
Janousek and Milliard helped lead Cameron back to the NCAA postseason, anchoring the Aggies at No. 1 singles and No. 1 doubles throughout the spring. Their All-American honors provide another building block for a Cameron program that continues to develop nationally competitive players and establish itself among the top teams in Division II.
