Tyler, Texas- The #3 seeded Cameron Men's Tennis heads off to face the #2 UT Tyler Patriots in the NCAA South Central Regional Championships May 11, 2026.The match will be played at the Summers Tennis Center on the campus of UT Tyler starting at 11am. The winner of the match will proceed to final site in Suprise, AZ May 20-25, 2026.

The Aggies enter the NCAA Regionals 12-5 for the season, ranked #31 by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) following a trip to the Lone Star Conference Championships semi-finals. The Aggies top player, Lukas Janousek, is currently ranked #7 nationally in singles and #6 in doubles by the ITA with partner Noe Milliard. The Aggies are no strangers to the Patriots facing them in the regular season as well as in the LSC Championships. The Patriots won the first two match ups by a score of 6-1 during the season and 4-3 in the Championships. No stranger to the NCAA Regional Championships, Cameron's Men's Tennis team has won this event 10 times before.

The Patriots are coming back from the LSC Championships after falling to Top Seed Lubbock Christian in the finals. UT Tyler won the South Central Regional last season making a run to the NCAA semi-finals before falling to Washburn.
