Cameron Volleyball faces tough road test against No. 10 ASU and TSU

Around the LSC: On Friday, West Texas A&M will host St. Edward's and Texas A&M-Kingsville, Western New Mexico heads to Texas A&M-Commerce, Tarleton State welcomes in Midwestern State, and Eastern New Mexico travels to Texas Woman's. On Saturday, MSU faces top ranked Angelo State, A&M-Commerce hosts ENMU, UT Permian Basin host Texas A&M-Kingsville and WNMU heads travels to TWU.
 
Looking Forward: Jenna Gillean has knocked down the most kills in one season by an Aggie since 2013. The sophomore from Midland, Texas has notched 339 kills this year, averaging 3.35 per set putting her in the top-5 on the conference leader board. Shelby Mench is in the LSC's top-10 in assists averaging over five a set, while Kylee Quillin is in the top-10 in digs at 3.82 per set.
 
No. 10 Angelo State (23-2, 14-1 LSC)
-The Rambelles have won 12 straight, and in those 12 matches none have gone past four sets.
- Lead the LSC in attack percentage (.257) and digs (18.18 per set).
- Freshman setter Meghan Parker leads the league with 11.53 assists per set, while senior Mallory Blauser is third in the LSC with 4.31 kills per set.

-Overall: 30-12 ASU
-ASU has won 15 straight against the Aggies.
-Last meeting: Oct. 8, 2016 in Lawton, Okla. (3-0 ASU win)
 
Tarleton State (20-5, 12-4 LSC)
- Are 3-2 in their last five contests, having won two straight against UT Permian Basin and West Texas A&M last weekend.
- First in the LSC in kills (14.18 per set) and assists (13.13 per set).
- Hailey Roberts leads both the conference and the nation in kills with 5.4 per set, while Jordon Keamo is fifth in the nation with 0.61 aces per set and second in the LSC with 11.23 assists per set.

-Overall: 24-18 CU
-The last time the Aggies beat the TexAnns it was 2007 in Stephenville, Texas.
-Last meeting: Oct. 7, 2016 in Lawton, Okla. (3-0 TSU win)

Looking Back: The Aggies closed out their home season with a 3-1 loss to Texas A&M-Commerce on Tuesday. Cameron could not find much success on offense, recording 24 kills but nearly matched them with 22 errors. The Aggies were led by Jenna Gillean with seven kills, Shelby Mench with 17 assists and Kylee Quillin with 22 digs.
