Angelo State: Oct. 7 at 2 p.m. I Live Stats I Live Video

Around the LSC: All 11 Lone Star Conference teams will be in action this weekend. Tarleton State tops league standings at 5-1 in the conference and 13-4 overall. Nationally speaking, TSU remains No. 15 in the AVCA Division II Coaches poll, and Angelo State stays at No. 16.

Looking Forward: The Aggies will have their work cut out for them this weekend as they take on two nationally ranked conference opponents in Tarleton State and Angelo State. The CU volleyball programs have not tallied a win against either of these teams since 2007.

TSU faces the Aggies boasting a six match streak behind offensive power hitter Hailey Roberts. Roberts has been the LSC Offensive Player of the Week three times this season and is fourth in the nation in total kills (277) and ninth in kills per set (4.47 k/s). Jordyn Keamo has been the LSC's Setter of the Week for the past two weeks in a row.

Despite holding a spot in the national rankings, a triad of league losses has knocked down ASU to fifth in LSC standings. The Rambelles have the league's best hitting clip at .255, which is also 20th best in the nation, and they are 12th nationally in kills per set at 14.3 k/s. Brianna Sotello leads ASU with 3.96 kills per set, and Sundara Chinn has been the LSC's Offensive Player of the Week twice this year.
