Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 LAWTON, Okla. – The Cameron University tennis teams hosted Oklahoma Baptist on Tuesday, as the CU women won 5-4 and the Aggie men lost 7-2.

In the women's match, Cameron started out with a pair of doubles wins at No. 1 and No. 2. Mathilde Thibaudat and Zhenia Shviadok got a win over the fourth ranked pairing from OBU 8-5, while Sara Petric and Sarah Frendo won 8-1 in the two spot.

The match went down to wire in singles, as CU fell in the No. 1, 4, and 5 matches, but a key three set win at No. 2 by Thibaudat and a pair of convincing wins by Frendo and Rebeka Velasova secure the 5-4 win for the Aggies.

Cameron's men did not fair as well against the Bison men. They started out down 2-1 after doubles play with their only win coming at No. 2 as Vinicius Santos and Julen Gutierrez beat their opponents 8-4.

The Black and Gold's only singles wins came at No. 1 as Przemyslaw Zielinski beat the 43rd ranked Lucas Branco, 7-5, 6-3. OBU won all but the No. 4 match in straight sets to earn the 7-2 win.

Both teams will visit St. Edward's on Saturday, March 17 for a pair of matches beginning at noon.
