LAWTON – The Cameron baseball team dropped a 10-3 contest to Southeastern Oklahoma State on Tuesday afternoon at McCord Field.
While the Aggies out hit the Savage Storm 10 to 9, CU left 14 men on base and committed four errors in the field.
Briton Schiewe highlighted the Aggies at the plate, driving in all three of CU's runs on a double in the sixth inning.
SEOSU led for the entire game, taking a 5-0 lead in the second inning and extended it to a seven run advantage by the seventh inning.
Gaige Vines (0-2) was charged with the loss as he pitched 3.2 innings, allowing six runs; only three of which were earned.
Cole Williams hit two doubles in the game, while
Colton Adams stole two bases.
Nik Sanchez recorded two SAC bunts.
Cameron is 7-7 on the year, while SEOSU moves to 8-10.
The Aggies will travel to Tarleton State this weekend for a four game conference series.
