WICHITA FALLS, Texas – The Cameron men's tennis team left Wichita Falls on Friday with a pair of wins under their belt, sweeping both Colorado State-Pueblo and Colorado Mesa.

CU started the day by taking down CSU-Pueblo 7-0. All three of the Aggies doubles teams earned wins, with Pierre Marion and Oscar del Granado winning 6-2 at No. 3 and the other two pairs winning 6-4.

Five of CU's six singles players won in two sets against the Riverhawks, with the lone three set match coming at No. 2, where Mritunjay Badola won 6-2, 3-6, 7-5.

In the second match of the day, Cameron hit repeat, winning all three doubles matches against the Mavericks, all by scores of 6-2.

The Aggies then dominated singles play by winning all six matches in two sets. Only one set went past six games, with Julen Gutierrez winning the No. 5 match 6-4, 7-5.

Cameron improves to 7-3 on the season and has now won four straight matches. They will host Metro State to wrap up the weekend Saturday at 2 p.m.
