LAWTON -- Aggie offense not enough as they fall victim to a doubleheader sweep by St. Mary's, losing 12-6 and 14-3 on Friday.
The Cameron Aggies returned home to McCord Field, looking to snap a five-game losing streak with two against the St. Mary's Rattlers, but instead extended the slide to seven games with a pair of loses.
In-game one, the Aggies deployed nine hurlers in this contest, starting with
Julian Macias, who did not survive the first frame after surrendering six runs.
Drew Henderson came in to record the final out of the first inning, before pitching through the second, Henderson was one of six Aggie hurlers to not give up a run in this game.

Weston Max,
Carter Bourg, and
Joseph Flood all put up zeros in their outings.
The Rattlers posted 12 runs in game one, while CU recorded 13 hits but made five errors and stranded 10 runners on base in the loss.
Jayce Clem slapped a two-run homer in the bottom of the first, the Aggies put up three more runs in the second, and then scratched across a run in the seventh. Clem finished with four RBI.
Erik Ohman and Macias each turned in an RBI as well, while
Jordan Harrison-Dudley had four hits in the loss.
In-game two, the Aggies suffered a 14-3 run-rule defeat with their three runs coming via
Beau Williams who played two and
Cooper Edwards plating the third. Harrison-Dudley finished the day with six hits across the two games.
The Aggies used four hurlers to get through seven frames, and only
Devin Paz posted a zero, recording two outs in the doubleheader nightcap.
Cameron will look to snap their losing skid and close out the series with a win as the two teams meet for the three-game set finale on Saturday at 1 p.m. at McCord Field.
