Women's Cross Country Chris Maple

Cameron placed eighth at MSU Invitational

WICHITA FALLS, Texas – Malethabo Seema would lead the Cameron women's cross country team in the Midwestern State University Invitational at the River Creek Golf Course Saturday morning, turning in a top 25 finish.

Seema turned in a finish of 20:23.1 to record a 23rd-place finish, and Delicia Delgadillo had a time of 21:24.8 to place 45th.

Evalynn Pedroza turned in a 52nd place finish with a time of 21:50.7, Serah Timbwol placed 69th after crossing the finish line with a time of 23:22.3, and Vivien Chesire finished with a time of 23:23.8, placing in 70th.

Midwestern State won the team crown scoring 31 points. Western New Mexico's Gracey Lovato had a time of 18:33.5 to win the individual title.

The Aggies will run in the Dallas Baptist University Classic next Saturday in Dallas.
