In their last team outing for the fall, the Women's Tennis team has a set of strong performances to build off of going into the off season.
Jenna Goessel (Munich, Germany) and
Anastasia Uspenskaia (Ufa, Russia) lead the way by winning their second doubles event for the fall. Head Tennis Coach
Josh Cobble says "this is a great event and a good competitive tennis for Stace and Jenna before heading to the ITA Cup. Facing three strong teams this weekend was exactly what they needed to get ready to play."
Martyna Jankowska (Poznan, Poland) had another great performance this weekend as well with a win over 2024 All-American Anda Ghinga from msu in the semi finals. "Martyna had another well played tournament. This is going to be a great confidence boost sending her into the winter with some things to work on, but a lot to be proud of about her play this fall" said Coach Cobble. Goessel and Uspenskaia will wrap up the fall at the ITA Cup October 10-13
th in Rome, GA while the rest of the Aggies will be back in action this spring.
