The non-conference loss puts the Aggies at a 0-1 record to start the season.
Offensive Struggles
Despite their best efforts, the Aggies found it difficult to establish a consistent offensive rhythm against the Mountain Lions' defense. Kayla Eggimen led the Cameron attack with a team-high 6 kills, but the team as a whole struggled to find gaps in the UCCS defense.
Emily Keohen provided valuable support to the Aggies' attackers, dishing out a team-high 12 assists. However, the team's overall offensive output wasn't enough to keep pace with the Mountain Lions.
