AMARILLO, Texas - The Cameron University men's golf team finished the Ryan Palmer Foundation Invitational on Wednesday afternoon tied for 12th place out of 16 teams.
The Aggies finished with an overall team score of 13-over par, shooting even (E) in round one, 10-over in round two, and 3-over in round three. The top three were composed of Odessa at 30-under, UT Permian Basin at 17-under, and Colorado Mesa & Dallas Baptist tied for third at 8-over.
Rory Gorman carded the lowest overall score for the Aggies, finishing in 34th individually with a 2-over.
Carson Wright followed close behind in 37th at 3-over while
Dennon Norman carded a 5-over to finish 47th.
Isaac Molloy and
Cameron Harris rounded out the scoring for CU with scores of 6-over and 11-over, respectively.
UP NEXT
The Aggies will be back in action for their final tournament of the Fall schedule on Oct. 26-28 at the Tulsa Cup in Broken Arrow, OK.
