Women's Tennis Sweeps Seward County Community College, 7-0

Lawton, Okla. - The Cameron University Women's tennis team swept Seward County Community College, 7-0.

The Aggies claimed the first doubles win on the No. 1 court, with Jenna Goessel and Adel Ismagulova beating Mishel Lobotenko and Elen Oborocea, 6-2. Cameron claimed the doubles point after Alexa Lugo and Isabella Quintero won, 6-4, on the No. 2 court. Alexa Garcia and Nil Kalkavan won by default on the No. 3 court.

In singles, Nil Kalkavan defeated Patricia Sazambile, 6-0, 6-1 on the No. 4 court. On the No. 3 court, Isabella Quintero earned a straight set victory to put Cameron up 3-0 in the match. Freshman Alexa Lugo claimed a, 6-2, 6-2, victory over Elen Oborocea on the No. 2 court to claim match point for the Aggies. Anna Deuringer beat Maria Parise, 6-0, 6-0, on the No. 5 court. To round out the day, Alexsa Paucar won by default on the No. 6 court.
