Lawton, Okla - The Cameron University Men's tennis team took down Colorado Mesa University on Friday morning, 5-2. 

The Aggies started off doubles with a win on the No. 2 court, with Santiago Ledesma and Abubakari Yakubu-Lea winning 6-2. Colorado Mesa responded with wins on the No. 1 and No. 3 courts, each in a tiebreaker, to win the doubles point.

In singles play, Santiago Ledesma picked up a 6-2, 6-3 win on the No. 3 court to even up the match 1-1. On the No. 2 court, #75 Noe Milliard defeated Diogo Manzano in straight sets. #4 Lukas Janousek took down Henry Scheck 6-4, 6-1 on the No. 1 court. On the No. 4 court, Abubakari Yakubu-Lea fell in straight sets. Freshman Tom Debonne earned a 6-1, 6-3 win on the No. 5 court to clinch match point for Cameron. To wrap up the match, Zoheir Fardoun defeated Luke Burriesci in a third-set tiebreaker, to secure a 5-2 win for the Aggies.
