Lawton, OK - Cameron University Men's tennis moved up three spots and are ranked No. 31 in this week's Intercollegiate Tennis Association Division II rankings. The team has one singles player ranked top-10, one doubles pair ranked top-5, and one doubles pair ranked top-30.
The Cameron Men's team record is 10-4 this spring season, recently winning the Lone Star Conference matchup against then No. 21-ranked Midwestern State 4-3.
Lukas Janousek stays as the No. 6-ranked singles player in the NCAA Division II. Janousek is 19-4 overall and 11-3 in the spring season at No. 1 singles for the Aggies, recently beating then No.14-ranked Germano Setti from Midwestern State 6-4, 6-1.
Janousek and
Noe Milliard are the No. 5-ranked doubles pair in NCAA Division II. They are 12-6 overall, and 8-4 in the spring season at No. 1 doubles for the Aggies, recently falling in a match to then No.17-ranked Juan David Duque and Bruno Sanchez from Midwestern State.
Santiago Ledesma and
Abubakari Yakubu-Lea move up eleven spots and are the No. 26-ranked doubles pair in NCAA Division II. They are 12-2 in the spring season at No. 2 doubles, recently beating then No. 29 ranked Matthew Earle and German Setti from Midwestern State 6-3.
