Around the LSC: Eastern and Western New Mexico already got conference play underway on Tuesday as the Mustangs triumphed for the first league win. They will host Texas A&M-Kingsville this weekend while Texas A&M-Commerce and Texas Woman's will host No. 5 Angelo State and No. 14 Tarleton State. Like Cameron, Midwestern State will travel to UTPB and WTAMU in addition to playing a non-conference match against No. 6 Nebraska-Kearny alongside WTAMU in Canyon, Texas.

Looking Forward: The Aggies will debut LSC play in Odessa, Texas against the 3-5 Falcons of UT Permian Basin. The Falcons hold the worst hitting percentage in the LSC at .126 but conversely hold the opposition to just .133 for a league best. Rachel Dixon and Caitlyn Guardo are a double threat on offense as both have totaled more than 70 kills this season. Skyler Friel is the biggest blocking threat with 25 total on the year.

On Saturday CU will head north to Canyon, Texas for a match with the 5-3 Lady Buffs who are also a perfect 4-0 on their home court. The team is a league leader in preventing blocks allowing just 1.46 a set and host the second best team hitting clip of .257. Camille Jones leads the offense knocking down 3.08 kills per set, just a bit over CU's offensive leader
Paige Dixon who powers 3.04 kills per set. Erin Clark is the Buff's other attacker who nets 2.91 kills per set.

Looking Back: Cameron snapped a four match skid as they swept USAO in their home opener on Tuesday to move to 2-5 on the year. Dixon led with 13 kills,
Brittany Lawson nine kills and
Ashleigh McFatridge six kills and four total blocks.
Brook Conley had a match high 22 assists and three aces, but was four digs shy of achieving her fourth double-double in a row as she had just six digs. Junior Britnee Altic also pitched in three aces paired with a team high 15 digs. As a team, the Aggies hit .296, and USAO recorded a .060 attack percentage. CU powered 15 more kills than the Drovers and also had eight team aces and seven total blocks while holding USAO to just one a piece.
