ARLINGTON, Texas – The Cameron men's tennis team fell on the road to Division I UT Arlington on Saturday, 4-0.
The Aggies started off the match down 1-0 after falling in the no. 2 and no. 3 doubles matches 6-1. UTA was able to get wins in the no. 3, 4, 5 singles to secure the 4-0 win.
Both
Blake Graham was leading his singles match 6-2, 5-1, while
Julen Gutierrez was about to go to a third set as it was 6-3, 3-1 when the match was called because the Mavericks secured the fourth point.
Cameron will be back on the courts on Feb. 13 as the face head coach
Josh Cobble's former team Cowley College in Oklahoma City.
