80 Aggies named to the LSC Commissioner's Honor Roll

RICHARDSON, Texas – The Lone Star Conference announced that 2,302 student-athletes have earned Commissioner's Honor Roll honors for the 2022-23 fall semester.

Cameron Athletics had 80 on the list for the fall semester. The CU baseball program leads the way with 15 selections, followed closely by softball. The women's basketball and women's tennis teams had nine on the honor roll, men's golf and volleyball placed seven, and women's cross country/track and field and women's golf had five selections. Men's cross country/track and field and men's tennis had four named to the honor roll, and men's basketball had two.

Of the 2,302 student-athletes, 731 (31.8%) earned a perfect 4.0 GPA for the fall semester. WT topped the list with 90 posting impeccable semesters followed by LCU with 84, UTT (74), ASU (65), and UT Permian Basin (52).

The Commissioner's Honor Roll is announced at the conclusion of the fall and spring semesters with student-athletes, athletic training, and athletic performance students qualifying based on grade point average for the current semester. To be eligible for the honor roll, individuals must have a minimum 3.30 GPA for the current semester and be on the roster.
