ROME, Georgia – The Cameron men's tennis team saw it's two representatives wrap up the first day of singles and doubles play at the ITA Cup.
Starting with singles play,
Lukas Janousek claimed his spot in the quarterfinals with a three-set victory, 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, over Washburn's Pavlos Parson.
With the win, Janousek is set to face a conference foe in the quarterfinals, the number four seed, Kelly Giese from Lubbock Christian. Their match is slotted for 11:00 A.M (ET) tomorrow morning.
In doubles play, Janousek and
Noe Milliard dropped their match against Angel Guerrero and Alejandro Flores Monteverde from Biola University, 6-2, 6-2.
The pair will play again tomorrow afternoon at 3:30 P.M. (ET).
