Lawton, Okla. - The Cameron University baseball team had their opening day against Texas A&M International University and earned the sweep in the doubleheader on day one of the series. The Aggies captured the first game due to a strong offensive performance with 12 hits and pitching from
Jared Hughes, who only gave up 2 runs and 4 hits and earned the win in the first game. In the second game, Texas A&M International came out strong and led until Cameron had a strong 7th inning, scoring 5 runs to put the Aggies out in front 11-8. The Dustdevils responded in the 8th inning with 2 runs to cut the deficit to one run. The Aggies scored two insurance runs in the bottom of the 8th and
