Cameron University Athletics

Seward County CC: Hit .332 in 55 games during his freshman season. Had three homers and scored 48 runs while driving in 35. Named 2nd team All-Jayhawk West his first year of play. 

Redshirt (2015): Sweat redshirted his first season of college ball at Cameron University. 

High School: Sweat signed to play at Cameron last season after playing his high school baseball at Cache in Oklahoma where he suited up for Coach Ryan Whitley for four seasons.  Sweat had a huge senior season at Cache, hitting .530 with 10 home runs and 55 RBI's en route to being named All-District and All-State.  Also a star on the gridiron, Sweat was an All-Area selection in Football for Cache.  Sweat's bloodlines had him pegged to be a college athlete as each of his grandfathers, Norman and LeMonte were college stars, Norman a Baseball player at Toledo in 1959 and LeMonte a Football player at Cameron in 1972.  He has two brothers, Gabriel (21) and Elijah (16) and a sister, Micah (13).
