Box Score SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Alexis Williams led the Aggies with 15 points but Cameron was not able to slow down the University of Central Oklahoma offense, falling 88-66 on Sunday afternoon.Â

In the first half, Cameron got ahead early with a 3-2 lead but UCO’s offense dominated the paint and put up 51 points on the Aggies. The Broncos shot 55.9% from the field in the opening 20 minutes compared to 33.3% from the Aggies.Â
The second half was balanced, points wise, but Cameron went 2-10 from the arc and was 12-20 from the charity stripe as the Broncos pulled away with the win, 88-66.
UCO managed to work their inside game well, getting 40 points in the paint, compared to 18 for Cameron. Additionally, the Broncos took advantage of a few key turnovers netting 17 points off of Aggie miscues.Â
The Broncos won the rebounding battle grabbing 44 boards compared to 38 for the Aggies.
As a team, Cameron shot 33.3% from the field and 25.9% from the arc.Â
Hannah Pollart put together her first career double-double with 10 rebounds and 12 points. Chelsea Stamp netted 12 points off of the bench for Cameron.
The loss to UCO brings Cameron’s record to 0-2 in non-conference play. They will return to action on Nov. 15 hosting East Central at 6 p.m. in the Aggie Gym.
