The opponent:
Southwestern Oklahoma State (8-13, 5-7 GAC): Oct. 28 at 7 p.m. | Live Stats | Live Video

Around the LSC:
There will be five non-conference matches involving Lone Star Conference schools in the early part of this week. Eastern New Mexico will travel to the University of the Southwest for a match on Monday night. While Cameron is at Southwestern Oklahoma on Tuesday, the Javelinas of Texas A&M-Kingsville will be hosting Texas A&M-International, and Angelo State will host Texas-Permian Basin. Texas Woman's will be the only team in action on Wednesday as they head north to Southeastern Oklahoma.

Looking back:
The Aggies are coming off of a weekend where they went 0-2, falling to both Texas Woman's and Texas A&M-Commerce 3-1 at home. The losses dropped them to 3-11 in conference play and puts them in a tie for last place with Midwestern State in the LSC Standings. Rebecca Green totaled 22 kills over the two games, and against Texas Woman's she totaled 15 kills with no errors. She also added six blocks, with five coming against the Lions. On defense, Lindsey McCauley led CU with 37 digs on the weekend, while setters Ingrid Boatman and Kayla Hebert both had double-doubles against Texas A&M-Commerce.

Looking forward:
When Cameron visits Weatherford on Tuesday it will be the first half of the home-and-home series between the Aggies and Bulldogs this season. SWOSU is coming off a split of a home double-header this past Saturday, where they defeated Oklahoma Baptist 3-2 and then fell in straight sets to West Texas A&M. The Bulldogs hit .142 on the offensive attack with 11.3 kills per set and 10.5 assists per set. On defense, they average 17.8 digs per set, and do a good job protecting the net, averaging just at two blocks per set.

On the horizon:
The Aggies will play their final home conference match against Midwestern State on Oct. 31, and then will travel to Alva the next day for another non-conference match against Northwestern Oklahoma State.
