Box Score COMMERCE, Texas -- Â
Ali Brown provided a career high three blocks and seven points, but cold shooting hindered the Cameron University women's basketball team who fell to Texas A&M Commerce 67-56 Wednesday night in Commerce. Â
Cameron (9-10, 1-8 LSC) who shot 31.3% from the floor has lost eight of their last nine games with seven games remaining in the regular season.
Chelsea Stamp made three shots from behind the 3-point line and had 13 points. The senior is 10 away from the Cameron record for three pointers made in a season; last season Stamp hit the program mark with 65.
Jazzmine Robinson came off the Aggie bench to match Stamp with 13 points; she pulled down eight rebounds and chipped in a pair of assists.
Lacy Reinke added in six points and a team high nine rebounds.

Both teams stayed close to each other until late in the first half with Cameron trailing 29-27 with two minutes remaining; however the Lions would close the half with seven unanswered points.
Cameron's struggles continued as they went nearly eight minutes into the second half without sinking a bucket from the field while in the meantime the Lions opened up a 22 point lead.
The Aggies picked up the pace in the closing minutes and got within 11 points (63-52) with 3:41 to go but it would be the closest they would get in the loss.
