LAWTON -- The Cameron women's basketball team will look to improve their postseason resume as they head to Texas A&M-Kingsville for another Lone Star Conference road contest. The Aggies are currently third in the LSC standings with a 10-3 league record, while the Javelinas are 0-13 in conference play at the bottom of the standings.

Jazzmine Robinson added 15 points each. Cameron will look to rebound and win their final three games of the regular season to boost their postseason resume, starting with Texas A&M-Kingsville on Wednesday.
When the Javelinas came to Lawton earlier this season, the Aggies came away with a 66-58 win. That night, CU shot 50 percent from the field, but hit on just nine of their 25 three point attempts and were 7-13 from the free throw line. Leal led CU with 20 points, while Robinson chipped in 11. Cameron holds a 19-16 advantage in the series over TAMUK.
About Texas A&M-Kingsville: The Javelinas own the conference's worst record, going winless in their first 23 games of the season. In their last four losses, they have been out scored by 69 points, with their last loss coming against Tarleton State, 70-58. They average just over 53 points per game, while allowing opponents to score 68 points per game against them.
Micah Weaver leads Texas A&M-Kingsville with 11 points per contest, shooting 45 percent from the field and 77 percent from the free throw line. Lauren Jay is right behind her with 9.2 points per game, and also shots 45 percent from the field, while leading the team in rebounds and steals with 6.4 rebounds and 1.4 steals per game.
LSC Scoring Leader: Jazzmine Robinson has been a force for the Aggies this season, and leads the LSC in scoring with 401 points and an 18.2 scoring average. She is second in the conference in shooting, hitting 45.4 percent of her shots from the field. Robinson has scored 10 or more points in 19 of CU's 22 games this season, and has scored 20 or more points in 11 games, including four of the last six. Robinson is also fourth in the conference in rebounds with eight per game, and has a team leading seven double-doubles on the year. She also leads the team and is in the top-5 in the league in steals and assists.
Three Point Barrage: One constant for Cameron this season has been there three point shooting. The Aggies lead the conference and are ninth in Division II with a .382 three point percentage, and are 12th with 7.8 made threes a game. Cameron has knocked down 10 or more three pointers in seven games. Individually,
Brandi Leal owns the top spot in the nation with 3.68 made shots from long range per contest, while hitting on 38 percent of her three point shots.
Jade Herl leads the LSC and is 24th in the nation with a .420 three point percentage while hitting 2.7 three pointers per game. Leal and Herl have combined for over 82 percent of the team's made threes and have hit six threes in a game five times combined.
Coming Up: Cameron will return to Lawton on Feb. 21 to face Angelo State for their final home game of the season, where the four Aggie seniors will be honored.
