#25 Cameron visit Texas Woman's for a late week series

Cameron will return to Lone Star Conference play on Thursday and Friday to play Texas Woman's in Denton for a four game series.  The number-25 Aggies will be on short rest after playing a doubleheader at home against Central Oklahoma on Tuesday.

- Against Texas Woman's University, the Aggies are 10-25 with one tie; in Denton, CU is 6-9-1 with their last win coming in 2012, 15-12.  Of Cameron's current squad, only Tara Martini and Misty Dooley have played TWU on their home field.
- Last season the Aggies went 1-3 against the Pioneers.
- Tara Martini continues to lead the Lone Star Conference in homers with 14; she needs four to be Cameron all-time RBI leader and is currently second all-time in runs with 135.

- Last played against Texas A&M-Commerce and split in what was for the most part a wild four game series with two games being run-ruled and one other coming to a 11-10 win in favor of TWU.
- Against ranked teams TWU is 0-4-1 with their tie coming at home against Angelo State.
- Weather has been a hindrance for TWU this season with ten home contests being canceled and their tie was due to rain.
- Nicole Nordie and Kendra Sancet pace Texas Woman's at the plate with at .453 batting average.  Nordie has collected 10 doubles and five homers, while Sancet has 14 doubles and 10 homers this season.
- TWU's pitching staff has a 5.78 era with Bailee Wortham having a 4.80 era as the team's lowest.  Tori Bice has tossed 108 1/3 innings and has a 5.22 era with 21 doubles and 14 homers given up.
- The Pioneers have the second lowest fielding percentage in the LSC with a .948 and 47 errors, 49 runs this season have been a result of a defensive miscue.
