Nikki Horton holds a team high 13 hits in her first week with the Aggies; she is leading CU with five multi-hit games.

Carly Allerheiligen leads the Aggies with three multi-RBI games this season; the senior is leading CU with eight RBI and has reached base in all eight contests this season.

Sonora Zukerman has pitched 13 innings this season without giving up an earned run and is batting .440 at the plate with seven RBI.
DeLong vs. the WeekAgainst the seven teams the Aggies will face this weekend, head coach
Rodney DeLong is 3-1 overall. Last season in Canyon, DeLong's teams beat Adams State, CSU-Pueblo, and Chadron State. Cameron has yet to face Fort Lewis under DeLong and St. Mary's last faced the Aggies in the 2014 NCAA South Central Regional and won 6-0.
Looking BackCameron softball opened their season at home by run-ruling Texas-Permian Basin 11-3 in six innings in game one and blanking them 12-0 in in five innings during the nightcap. The Aggies then traveled to the Southern Arkansas Invitational where they would split six games in three days for a 5-3 overall record. CU handled Rogers State 10-2 in five innings but fell 2-1 to Newman in Friday's nightcap. On Saturday morning, Cameron's bats erupted late behind a one hit shutout by
Alyssa Osterdock to beat Lincoln 7-0, and a
Sonora Zukerman walk off hit in the bottom of the ninth gave the Aggies a 3-2 win over Southwest Baptist in their second game on Saturday afternoon. Cameron closed out their weekend on Sunday with two losses, falling 9-8 in eight innings to Delta State, and 10-2 to Southern Arkansas.

Sonora Zukerman is tied for fifth all-time at Cameron, he needs 10 to tie the program mark. Zukerman also sits at 135 career RBIs which is fourth all-time and she is 55 back of
Tara Martini (2012-15) for first.
CU Notebook- There are four players on Cameron's roster that are from Lawton and played at MacArthur High School.

- Established in 1977, Cameron has the longest continually operating softball program in the Lone Star Conference.
Adams State (2-4)
- The Grizzlies went 2-4 at the George McCorkle Invitational hosted by Angelo State. In the six game series, Adams State picked up wins against Northwestern Oklahoma   State and Texas A&M International.
- Kalin Johnson recorded 6 RBI on the weekend including three triples. Lauren Murphy was credited with both wins in the circle; she pitched 21.2 innings and fanned 16 Â Â batters during the series.
Fort Lewis (1-4)
- Fort Lewis faced four of five nationally ranked opponents in their opening series at the Dixie State University Invitational; they fell to No. 13 Humboldt State, No. 2 Dixie   State, and twice to No. 22 West Texas A&M but won 10-4 over CSU-Pueblo.
- The Skyhawks had a chance to upset No. 2 Dixie State in the final game of the invitational as they led 4-3 heading into the bottom of the seventh but allowed five runs on   three hits, including a grand slam to fall 8-4.
St. Mary's (4-2)
-Â St. Mary's hosted the NCAA Division II College Classic where they opened with three straight wins but fell in the tournament's final day in two games including a loss to No. Â Â 10 Tarleton State.
-Â Olivia Van Hook went 7-for-17 on the series (.588 avg.) with a double, triple and six runs batted in.
Colorado State-Pueblo (0-5)
- The Thunder Wolves opened their season 0-5 at the Dixie State Tournament in Utah, falling to No. 22 West Texas A&M, No. 2 Dixie State, Fort Lewis and twice to No. 13 Â Â Humboldt State with three of five games going to just five innings.
- Moriah Turney finished the weekend going 7-for-13 (.538 avg.) with two doubles and two runs scored.
- In CSU-Pueblo's second outing against No. 13 Humboldt State, Madison Wolfe made her first appearance in the circle, giving up four runs on eight hits and striking out six   batters.
Chadron State (2-2-1)
- The Eagles began their season at the Eckerd College Spring Invitational where they would go 2-2-1 on the weekend.
-Â Chadron State would tie 3-3 with Eckerd College after the game was called in five innings due to unplayable weather conditions.
-Â Chadron State took 2-of-3 games that went to an extra inning against Lynn and Palm Beach Atlantic.
