DeLong vs. Texas Woman'sIn eight meetings with TWU, Coach DeLong is 2-6 taking a game in each regular season series in the last two seasons. Â The Aggies have met the Pioneers 40 times with TWU leading the series 28-11-1. Additionally, in the overall history, Cameron has taken one series from the Pioneers in April 8, 1998, which was played in Lawton.
Looking BackCameron took a tall order last weekend with a four game series at top-ranked West Texas A&M and sent the Lady Buffs to their second loss of the season in the final game 9-6. The home loss was WT's first in 23 games this season, and the Aggies nine run outburst was a season high for WT who is 36-2 this season. Cameron played competition on Saturday after dropping the first two games of the series 9-1, and 11-1. Â The Aggies trailed by one run in until the fifth inning where WT knocked in four runs to clinch the best of four series 8-3.
Chasing Records-With 40 homers
Sonora Zukerman is tied for second all-time at Cameron; she needs three to tie the program mark. Â Zukerman also sits at 158 career RBI, which is fourth all-time, and she is 25 back of
Tara Martini (2012-15) for first. Additionally, Zukerman is closing in on 200 games played for the Aggies, and she has 195. Only four CU players have hit 200, Callie Schlatter (2007-10) was the last player to hit this career milestone.

Breezy McComas is sixth on CU's home run list with 31, and she is also sixth in the RBI list with 116.

Rodney DeLong is presently sitting at 97 career wins, when he reaches 100 DeLong will be the third Aggie coach to do so and quickest to hit this milestone number.

-TWU has climbed into the national polls after winning their last four LSC series and took three-out-of-four against Tarleton State, Midwestern State, Angelo State, and Texas A&M-Commerce.
-On the road this season, they are 6-4 with Tealey Farquhar leading TWU with a .432 batting average and is perfect in 27 stolen base attempts.
-The Pioneers don't hit many home runs with seven, but can swipe bases when they reach with 92 stolen bags and are fourth in the nation with 2.71 steals per game.
