About the Aggies:
Cameron started the season strong with a 4-2 record at the Arkansas Tech Winter Invitational last week in Conroe, Texas. CU opened up the weekend with a 2-1 win over Minnesota Duluth on Friday before winning 13-5 over St. Edward's in five innings later that day. On day two of the invite, the Aggies shutout Colorado School of Mines 3-0 and then outlasted No. 20 Arkansas Tech winning 3-2 in 11 innings. On the final day, CU lost 5-3 to Pittsburg State and 4-1 to No. 25 Augustana.

G1 | Central Oklahoma | Feb. 9 at 1 p.m.
UCO finished the weekend with a 4-1 record. The only common opponents the two teams shared was Arkansas Tech who both squads beat. UCO topped the Golden Suns, 8-7 and the Aggies beat Arkansas Tech in extras, 3-2 in the 11th inning. Outside of a disappointing 10-0 shut out at the hands of Texas A&M Commerce, the Broncho's offense scored 32 runs last weekend including a 13 run outburst against Texas Women's to lead off the tournament. The Broncos were led by Lexy Dobson offensively who turned in a .538 average to go along with her seven RBI's. Lauren Gibson led UCO in the circle, tossing 13.1 innings last weekend with a 2.10 ERA.

G2 | Southern Nazarene | Feb. 9 at 3 p.m.
The Storm split their season opening tournament, as they went 2-2 in the LCU tournament. The Storm gave up 47 runs over four games to start the season. SNU was able to muster up 42 runs offensively to keep their team in every ball game. That sets the stage for a strength vs strength matchup, as the Storm's offense will go up against an Aggie pitching staff that only allowed 17 runs throughout the entire Arkansas Tech Classic. CU will look to capitalize on the shaky Storm pitching staff as they got off to a hot offensive start last weekend, scoring 22 runs of their own.
Junior Kai Sanchez was the Storm's leading run producer, as she plated six runs, and scored five herself. She finished the weekend with a .500 batting average tied for the lead for the Storm in that category as well, with two other players holding a .500 batting average.

G3 | Southeastern Oklahoma | Feb. 10 at 2 p.m.
The Savage Storm finished last week with a 1-5 record in the Arkansas Tech Invitational. The Storm and Aggies shared three opponents a week ago and both finished with a 1-3 record. The Savage Storm beat Pittsburg State and lost to Augustana University and Minnesota Duluth. The Aggies were able to beat Minnesota Duluth before falling to PSU and AU. The Savage Storm offense was in a weather delay topping out at 12 runs for the weekend. In the circle, the Savage Storm allowed 42 runs. Southeastern Oklahoma State will be looking to bounce back this weekend.

G4 | Northeastern State | Feb. 10 at 6 p.m.
The Riverhawks played part in the Ronnie Hawkins Invitational last weekend and came away 3-1 with their lone loss coming at the hands of UT Tyler. In 15 at bats, Addie Elbon posted a .333 batting average for the Riverhawks. The sophomore from Vian, Oklahoma drove in four runs last weekend, one shy of the team high. Like the Aggies, the Riverhawks rely on their pitching staff who only allowed 17 runs last weekend averaging out to a tick over four runs per contest. While both CU and NSU gave up the same amount of runs, CU earned one more run last weekend scoring 22 total runs compared to the Riverhawks 21.
Â
G5 | Rogers State | Feb. 11 at 4 p.m.
Rogers State posted a 2-2 opening weekend effort in the Ronnie Hawkins tournament. Their offensive numbers were inflated by a 14 run shut out win over Southwest Baptist to open the weekend but never scored above four again. They were shutout in their next game and only mustered a single run in the following contest. In the circle, the Hillcats were electric in the circle only allowing 12 runs during the opening weekend. The junior pitcher Bailey Killough led the Hillcats with a 0.04 ERA, and a save out of the bullpen. She took home a .73 WHIP.
