LAWTON – The Aggie women look to continue their hot streak and stay undefeated in Lone Star Conference play when they hit the road for three games over the next five days.
Cameron, now 10-5 overall and 5-0 in conference games, is coming off a drubbing of Angelo State where they scored 100 points. They will look for that same offensive fire power when they visit Texas Woman's on Thursday, rival Midwestern State on Saturday, and then St. Mary's on Monday.
STARTING 5
1. With their close win against UT Permian Basin and their dominant victory over Angelo State, the Aggies kept their spot as one of three unbeaten teams in the Lone Star Conference Standings with a 5-0 record.

Maighan Hedge made history last Thursday by scoring her 1,603rd point and breaking the program's all-time scoring record; she also averaged 27 points for the two-game span and was named the LSC Offensive Player of the Week.
3. Like Cameron, Texas Woman's is also 10-5 this season, getting it done more on the defensive side of the ball, holding teams to 59.2 points per game and a shooting percentage of 38.6 percent.
4. The Mustangs are 9-7 and 3-3 in league play with their three conference losses coming against Angelo State, Texas A&M-Commerce, and UT Tyler; despite their winning record, MSU's scoring margin is -7.0.
5. St. Mary's still holds just one win this season and has lost their last five contests despite the play of forward Hannah Wilson, averages a double-double with 16.8 and 12.1 points per game.
ABOUT THE AGGIES
The Aggies' season has consisted of runs of five. They started the year with five wins and then lost five straight. Since beginning league play on Jan. 31, they are 5-0 and hoping their win streak moves to eight when they hit the road for three games this week. Cameron's offensive fire power is a strength, as they average almost 80 points per game while making 11.1 triples per contest at a 35.2 percent clip. Hedge fuels the attack with her league leading 22.5 scoring average, which also ranks in the nation. The fourth-year guard also averages 3.6 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 2.2 steals while shooting over 51 percent from the field and 46 percent from three.
Stephanie Peterson averages a team-high 6.9 rebounds while adding 3.6 assists, 2.8 steals, and 13.2 points per contest. Additionally, both
Katie King and
Korie Allensworth aver scoring 10.5 points per outing for the Aggies.
SCOUTING THE PIONEERS
Texas Woman's is 10-5 overall and 3-1 in conference play after losing their last two games against ASU and MSU by an average of 12 points. On the season, the Pioneers are out-scoring teams by 5.3 points while shooting 39 percent from the field. While they don't shoot well from three, TWU makes 15.5 foul shots per outing at a 75 percent clip. Like CU, they are one of the top teams at pressuring the ball, turning teams over 19.9 times per contest with an average of 9.5 steals. Broken Arrow, Okla. native Sadie Moyer leads the team with 15.1 points and 2.4 assists per game while freshman Ashley Ingram averages 12.5 points and 6.3 rebounds.
SCOUTING THE MUSTANGS
They Mustangs are giving up 74.9 points per game, which has been a big part of their seven losses this season. On the offensive side of the ball, they are shooting 41 percent from the field and making just 5.6 threes at a 33 percent clip. MSU also turns the ball over 21.6 times per contest while forcing 19.3 turnovers on the other end of the floor and block 4.9 shots per contest. Morgan Lenahan, Frances King, and Hannah Reynolds have been the big three for the Mustangs. Lenahan averages 15.3 points, 6.0 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.8 steals, King averages 12.6 points, 3.5 rebounds, and 4.9 assists, and Reynolds averages 10.1 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 2.5 blocks per game for MSU.
NOVEMBER 16TH AGAINST MSU
For the first time season, the Aggies will be playing a team for the second time. When CU and MSU met back in the fall, Cameron won 91-71, using a big third-quarter to separate themselves from the visiting Mustangs. The Aggies shot 47 percent from the field, less than MSU, but made 12 three-pointers and forced 33 turnovers with 17 coming on steals. Peterson led CU with 26 points, nine rebounds, and five steals, while Hedge, Allensworth, King, and
Whitney Outon all had over 10 points and two steals each.
SCOUTING THE RATTLERS
Besides the play of Wilson, the Rattlers season has been a tough one. They are averaging just 56.8 points and shooting 38 percent from the floor, 31 percent from three, and 67 percent from the charity stripe. The out-rebound teams by an average of 5.7 boards but turn the ball over almost 24 times per game. Sydney Hardeman is the only over Rattler scoring over 10 points per game (10.3), while Faith Phillips averages 6.1 points and 5.9 rebounds.
WHO HAS NEXT
After the three-game road stretch, the Aggies have a four-game homestand. It starts with a non-conference matchup against West Texas A&M on Thursday, Feb. 3. They then host A&M-Commerce on Tuesday, Feb. 8, Eastern New Mexico on Thursday, Feb. 10, and Lubbock Christian on Saturday, Feb. 12.
