Lawton, Okla. - The Cameron University baseball team came up short in the last game of the series to Eastern New Mexico Sunday evening. The Aggies split the weekend series. Cameron struck first in the bottom of the fourth inning with a sacrifice fly and an RBI single from
Diego Villarreal. The Greyhounds responded with 6 runs in the top of the sixth inning. Cameron would tie the game back up in the bottom of the seventh. Eastern New Mexico plated 2 runs in the top of the eighth to take the lead.
Brent Holdren hit a solo home to cut the lead to one in the bottom of the eighth, but the Aggies came up short in the last at-bats.
