2017 (Senior): His senior year, Knight started in 46 games for the Aggies, batting .331 with 50 hits. He compiled 20 runs scored and 35 RBI with three homers and 11 doubles. Knight posted a .977 fielding percentage with 230 putouts and 21 assists as CU's first baseman. He was third on the team with 17 multi-hit games and second with 10 multi-RBI contests, including two four RBI games. He drove in six RBI in a doubleheader against SWOSU on Feb. 10 and then had a stretch of four games where he totaled 10 RBI from April 9-28. Knight was named All-LSC Honorable Mention. 

2016 (Junior): At the D2 SAU Invitational in Grand Prarie, TX (2/5-2/6), he went 4-12 at the plate and scored once... In the weekend series against William Jewell (2/19-2/21), he went 5-11 at the plate with 1 homerun, 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored... In 2 games against Kingsville (3/5-3/6), he went 2-6 at the plate with 2RBIs... In the weekend series against Tarleton (3/19-3/21), he went 6-14 at the plate with 1 double, 5 RBIs and 2 runs scored... Against Tarleton State (4/23-24), he went 6-7 at the plate with 3 doubles and 6 runs scored. In the series against Angelo (4/30-5/1), he went 4-9 at the plate.

2015 (Sophomore): Hit a double in game 3 against Northwest Missouri getting him 2 RBI (2/14)... Went 7-11 at the plate with 2 doubles and 1 homerun, also picking up 3 RBI in three game series against UTPB (2/20-21)... Went 2-2 and scored twice against Southwestern Oklahoma State (4/6)... Went 3-5 and had 2 RBI against Texas A&M-Kingsville (4/10-11).

2014 (Freshman): Recorded his first hit and RBI as an Aggies against East Central (2/1)... Was 1-1 with a run scored and three RBI in the 19-11 win over Eastern New Mexico (3/23)... Went 3-4 with a run scored, and an RBI in the final game of the Eastern New Mexico series (4/26).

High School: Lettered in baseball, basketball, and track and field... Earned multiple accolades in baseball including, four All-Conference selections, four Golden Glove awards, and awards for hitting above .500 and slugging over .600, as well as hitting 18 home runs in a season... Was also an All-Conference selection in basketball and track and field.
