Live VideoLAWTON – The Aggies return to McCord field for a four game series with Eastern New Mexico beginning Friday, April 1. Last weekend, Cameron fell 3-1 in their series at Angelo State; however, the Aggies capped it off with a 13-7 win in the final game. Cameron's bats lead the way as the Aggies recorded 18 hits in a victory that snapped an 11 game skid to the Rams with the Aggies' last win against ASU dating back to April 5, 2014 in San Angelo.

Of Cameron's 18 hits, the Aggies had seven doubles and two homeruns. Five Aggies had multiple hits on the game with
Nate Hale leading the way, batting 4 for 6 with 2 doubles, 2 runs, and 2 RBI. On the series,
Cole Williams had four doubles and a homerun, while batting .417. In 12 at-bats, Williams had a .500 on-base percentage, and slugged 1.000 at the plate in the 13-7 win.

 At 6-10 in the Lone Star Conference, Cameron is tied with Tarleton State for third place in league standings. Texas A&M-Kingsville and Angelo State are in a second spot tie at 11-5 in the conference and West Texas A&M leads at 12-4. The Aggies are first in the league at the plate, batting .314 and second in pitching with a 3.71 ERA staff.
Cody Bower is third on the individual leaderboard hitting .379, while
Codey Upton is third in pitching with a 2.94 ERA.
About Eastern New Mexico (9-21, LSC 2-14)-Eastern New Mexico is last in the Lone Star Conference standings at 2-14, with their two league wins coming against Tarleton State and Texas A&M-Kingsville.
- Last weekend, the Greyhounds were swept by No. 18 West Texas A&M in a four game series. In their double header, ENMU fell twice in a pitching duel shutout, 2-0 and 1-0.
-In ENMU's 1-0 finale loss to WT, Alec Lemmon pitched a complete seven innings, allowed one run and three hits, while holding the Buffs to a .158 batting average on the game.
-Dylan Nault hit .333 on the series with WT, scoring two runs off four hits.
-Daniel Ward leads the Greyhounds at the plate with a league high .440 batting average. Justin Paul has recorded a team high 36 hits for ENMU and has batted in 23 runs.
-As a team, the Rams are batting .291 at the plate and have an 8.92 ERA pitching staff.
-The Greyhounds are 4-9 on the road this season.
