Cameron Teams with OKC Dodgers Baseball Foundation to host Playball Lawton

LAWTON, Okla. – The Cameron University Athletic Department has paired with the Oklahoma City Dodgers Baseball Foundation to host the Playball Lawton event on Sept. 24 at McMahon Field.

Members of the Aggie baseball and softball teams will attend to help with the drills for the event.

PLAYBALL is an MLB/MiLB initiative to get kids outside and learning/playing the game of baseball! In this two-hour event, players will learn the basics of baseball through a series of drills. Players will then put their knowledge to the test with a fun game of wiffleball!

Players will also receive a swag bag courtesy of the Oklahoma City Dodgers Baseball Foundation and a free year subscription to MLB.TV!

The event will be from 10 am - 12 pm; for children ages 4-18 and is free to sign up. Register here.
