Cameron Athletics Hall of Fame
Colson was a dominant left-handed pitcher for the Aggies from 1970-1974. He still holds a number of CU career, season and game records. He had an overall record of 22-11 with an earned run average of 2.11. During Colson's prestigious baseball career he had 327 strikeouts, along with 8 career shutouts. Colson also won the first Cameron baseball game ever in District play. Pitching a whopping 233.3 innings in his career, Colson was one of the most dominant pitchers to ever step on the mound for the Aggies.
