Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Leroy Jackson led the Aggies to back-to-back 36-3 seasons. Jackson played basketball for the Aggies from 1978-1980 and holds the CU school record for most points, free throw attempts and free throws made in a season. Jackson scored 804 point in his 1980 season. Jackson led the Black and Gold to win the National Championship in 1980, and he was named the MVP of the Tournament. He was also named 1st Team All-American two times. He is the only Aggie to ever win the honor twice.
