Cameron University Athletics

Andre King was a men’s basketball player from 1978-1981. He helped lead CU to three District IX postseason appearances. In 1980, he was a 3rd team All-American and a member of the NAIA National Championship team, where he was selected to the All-Tournament Team. King is Cameron’s number two leading scorer with 1,757 points with a 18.3 average in 96 games, and is number two in assists in a game at CU with 14 in a game against Oklahoma Christian in 1979.
